1. FACTORY RESET
To do a Factory Reset go to
MENU / OPTION
Scroll to the bottom of the
page Factory reset is located there.

If the page only scrolls down as
far as Power Indicator
your TV is in " HOTEL MODE "
Turn the TV on
Point Remote at TV
Press and Hold MENU Button Until
DTV box appears then Disappears
( LET GO ) Then Press and Hold MENU again
as soon as DTV box re-appears
Quickly Press 1105 / OK

If all went well you will be
presented with this MENU

Click OK
Change HOTEL MODE to NO
Re-start TV
go to MENU / OPTION
Scroll to bottom of the page

2. PASSWORD RESET
If you ever get in the situation
where a guest has locked the
TV and you don't know the
PASSWORD
ENTER 0325
This will let you reset the
PASSWORD
Reset it to 0000 then if
another engineer has to
attend he can get in.
3. REMOTE NOT WORKING
On occasion the remote won't work on the TV. If you have tried it on another TV and you
know it's ok.
Using the controls on the TV go to the LOCK page on the MENU and try to enter 0000
You will probably find that the number pad
on the remote works ok.
If this is the case you can do a FACTORY RESET following the procedure in the Video.
